The Steward cleans, maintains, and sanitizes china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment and working harmoniously with others. Assist in the set up and break down of service areas for all banquet functions.  Check equipment daily to ensure good working condition and promptly report any defects/malfunctions to the Executive Steward/Stewarding Supervisor.
