About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  

The Role of Telephone Operator

We currently have an opportunity for a Telephone Operator to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for answering phone, email, and message inquiries efficiently and efficiently and routing calls to appropriate extensions. Resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests. Assist guests in all inquiries concerning Internet, telephone and facsimile, and hotel services, while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. 

Our Ideal Telephone Operator candidate will have:

Candidates must have previous customer experience and the ability to work effectively under pressure, which requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
