Description
Overseeing all matters related to digital marketing for the hotel. Promote the brand of Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai to the Chinese and International media and consumers through positive publicity, suitable social media content and appropriate awareness campaigns. Work with F&B, culinary, Spa and Revenue department to create more online promotions drive sales and maximises profit on different online social media and channels.
