As a Recruitment Manager, you will be crucial in supporting the recruitment process by devicing a comprehensive talent pool, sourcing high potential talents through various channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, managing data in recruitment systems and facilitating onboarding activities
With a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams as we build a talented and diverse workforce.
Key Tasks:
Develop and implement a talent recruitment strategic plan and road map
Implement training and development of Hiring Managers
Develop and maintain positive working relationship with all stakeholders
Develop a comprehensive recruitment guideline compliant to local law
Implement retention plan and reporting matrix
- 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum
- Benefits: Gross remuneration range between 5 Million YEN to 8 Million YEN /per annum Medical coverage & accident insurance Staff rates at eligible hotels Local transport allowance Benefits are subject to terms and conditions

À propos de vous
Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Psychology or related professional area
Preferred:
Hospitality experience preferred
Fluency in Japanese and English
Excellent Communication and Writing skills
Japan Work Experience an added advantage
