We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Manager.

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be crucial in supporting the recruitment process by devicing a comprehensive talent pool, sourcing high potential talents through various channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, managing data in recruitment systems and facilitating onboarding activities

With a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams as we build a talented and diverse workforce.

Key Tasks:

 Develop and implement a talent recruitment strategic plan and road map
 Implement training and development of Hiring Managers
 Develop and maintain positive working relationship with all stakeholders
 Develop a comprehensive recruitment guideline compliant to local law
 Implement retention plan and reporting matrix
  • 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum
  • Benefits:  Gross remuneration range between 5 Million YEN to 8 Million YEN /per annum  Medical coverage & accident insurance  Staff rates at eligible hotels  Local transport allowance  Benefits are subject to terms and conditions

À propos de vous

Education and Experience:

 Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Psychology or related professional area

Preferred:

 Hospitality experience preferred
 Fluency in Japanese and English
 Excellent Communication and Writing skills
 Japan Work Experience an added advantage
