Our client, a leading luxury 5 star hospitality group, is opening a large new property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
An ideal candidate must have experience in a luxury hotel
Responsibilities
As a Manager of Housekeeping, you will be overseeing the management of the hotel housekeeping operations, ensuring the operation is running as per the resort standards and policies.
• The successful applicant will conduct daily walk-throughs and quality checks to drive cleanliness, productivity, efficiency, exceptional service, and guest satisfaction at all points of contact.
• He/she will intervene, assist and document instances of guest or employee incidents as oversee administrative processes such as departmental staffing, training, and budgeting to ensure proper planning and organization.
• You will also be conducting disciplinary action and coaching of colleagues when necessary.
• An ideal person must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and the willingness to learn various areas of resort operations.
