TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
-You're responsible for the mise en place of the room (preparation, setting the tables, etc.)
-You welcome guests with a smile.
-You explain and advise on the menu.
-You take orders and communicate with the kitchen staff.
-You handle complaints and give extra personal attention to customers where necessary.
-You clear tables, take care of payments and make sure everything is ready for the next customer.
