Au sein de l’Hôtel Métropole, actuellement en pleine réinvention, notre équipe au savoir-faire affûté et à la passion chevillée au corps recherche son futur Chef de partie pâtisserie !

Travailler en pâtisserie, c’est avant tout un travail d’équipe et de cohésion. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre relationnel et votre sens de la précision. Vous êtes passionné par votre art, non seulement pour son indispensable attention aux détails mais également pour la place qui est accordée également à son inventivité. Pour être à l’aise dans notre brigade, vous vous exprimez aussi bien en Français que dans la langue de Shakespeare.
Sous la responsabilité du Chef pâtissier, vous serez principalement en charge de :
• Confectionner des desserts sur assiette pour nos restaurants
• Produire des desserts, entremets et pauses café pour les banquets, séminaires et conférences
• Produire des chocolats ou toutes autres douceurs pour les prestations VIP en chambre
• Assurer le contrôle des marchandises et des mises en place
• Appliquer les normes HACCP
• Minimiser les pertes et travailler dans le respect des matières premières
• Participer à l’élaboration de nouvelles offres culinaires
