Au sein de l’Hôtel Métropole, actuellement en pleine réinvention, notre équipe au savoir-faire affûté et à la passion chevillée au corps recherche son futur Stagiaire en Cuisine !

Travailler en cuisine, c’est avant tout un travail d’équipe et de cohésion. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre relationnel. Vous êtes passionné par la gastronomie, non seulement pour son inventivité mais également pour son indispensable attention aux détails. Ce sont d’ailleurs des traits de votre caractère. Pour être à l’aise dans notre brigade, vous vous exprimez aussi bien en Français que dans la langue de Shakespeare.
Vous êtes en formation en école hôtelière référencée par notre CCNT. En tant que stagiaire, nous vous formerons pour que vous soyez autonome et à l’aise sur les missions suivantes :
• Participation à l’élaboration des fiches techniques cuisine
• Préparation des nouveaux plats et nouveaux menus
• Participation à toutes les manifestations d’envergure aux banquets et/ou restaurant
• Support à la brigade lors du service
• Application des normes d’hygiène
En cuisine, il n’y a pas de routine ! C’est pourquoi la liste de ces missions n’est pas exhaustive.
