Summary
  • To function as the Business Manager for the Hotel, to ensure that Food & Beverage operates successfully, in accordance with the standards of the hotel and are profitable.
  • To ensure that the hotel activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy.
  • To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
  • To monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods.
  • To make sure that delivery of Purposeful Service and the Hyatt Place Brand Standards are implemented.

Qualifications
  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or F&B Manager in a large property.
  • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
