Summary

As an Assistant Manager of Guest Relations, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction for guests or clients. As the Assistant Manager of Guest Relations, you will be responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of guest services and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the department, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Your role will involve training and supervising guest relations staff, implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or  Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
