Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the independent and self-reliant leadership of The Bank Brasserie kitchen team, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of your department.
  • Creation of high-class food concepts, recipes, and calculations.
  • Responsibility for ordering, receiving, inventory, and usage of goods.
  • Achieving high guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Leading, developing, and coordinating the entire kitchen team.
  • Preparing work and vacation schedules.
  • Managing all operational activities and processes, including conducting the associated administrative tasks, such as inventory control and ordering.
  • Participating in internal meetings and maintaining good communication and coordination with other departments.

  • Experience in high-end gastronomy.
