Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the independent and self-reliant leadership of The Bank Brasserie kitchen team, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of your department.
- Creation of high-class food concepts, recipes, and calculations.
- Responsibility for ordering, receiving, inventory, and usage of goods.
- Achieving high guest and employee satisfaction.
- Leading, developing, and coordinating the entire kitchen team.
- Preparing work and vacation schedules.
- Managing all operational activities and processes, including conducting the associated administrative tasks, such as inventory control and ordering.
- Participating in internal meetings and maintaining good communication and coordination with other departments.
