As a Cluster Director of Leisure Sales, you are responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 10 (ten) years hotel sales experience in a luxury resort environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee a team of sales professionals.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Established client relationships within the Leisure Sales market.
• Must have experience in the Global Leisure Market, FIT and Luxury Agency segments.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Must have selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training.
