Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Ensuring that every element aligns with our commitment to excellence. The General Manager's role extends beyond efficiency; it is a commitment to creating experiences that go beyond expectations. This is not merely a duty—it is a storytelling of exceeding the ordinary and setting the stage for unparalleled moments of grandeur. The General Manager - The New Showroom (Events Service) is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, overlooking the new showroom banquet and conference facilities and operation in the hotel. He/She should be excellent in managing the planning logistics of major conferences, conventions, incentives, meetings, concerts, exhibitions, weddings and social events so as to exceed customer expectations stimulate optimum revenue and enhance the reputation of the hotel.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards experience in managing banqueting service will be an asset.
