 Responsibilities

 

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and aromatherapy) in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Assess clients' needs and preferences, develop customized treatment plans, and provide expert advice on aftercare.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records and client profiles.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions as required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guests' needs.
•  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
