F&B Outlet Assistant Manager - Catering will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. F&B Outlet Assistant Manager - Catering is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction at Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Working experience within Hyatt Hotel’s is preferred
• Ideally with a relevant Degree, Apprenticeship or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a luxury hotel brand or restaurants.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong people management, communications and organizational skills.
• Organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
