About the role:
We are looking for colleagues who can quickly perpetuate a culture that embraces modern design and exceptional service, who have a passion for outstanding customer-tailored service that is both unique and authentic. We believe our guests select our hotel because of our caring and attentive colleagues who provide efficient service and create seamless, intuitive, signature experience making our guests’ stay free from stress and filled with success.
In your position as a Painter you will be part of our talented Engineering team who is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities and equipment. One of your key job responsibilities will be to respond to maintenance requests in all guest rooms, public areas, front and heart of the house and to keep the hotel in top condition. You will be responsible for patching and repairing sheetrock, paint and vinyl wall covering. Other responsibilities will include water remediation, ceiling repair, some marble restoration and floor tile repair. Must have experience with sheetrock, spray painting, furniture painting and polishing and vinyl wall covering. Basic troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, etc.)
Qualifications
