- Assist The Chinese Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement
- Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
- Create a memorable dining experience to customers
- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
- Strive to constantly satisfy customers’ needs and delight the customers
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferablyDiploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant with good standards; essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry
