·       对消防设备定期进行检查发现问题及时解决

员工团队：               

·       协调和组织部门的日常运作,包括部门工作的计划和控制

·       完成上级交代的其他工作任务。

·           建立并维护有效的员工关系

·           支援其他部门工作

宾客体验：

·           负责酒店客人和员工的人身安全

·           执行保安和紧急突发事情的安全程序

·           对于火灾情况一定要十分熟悉酒店紧急应急方案并执行

·           熟悉各处的火灾警报和防火器材的位置

·           对于酗酒和犯罪情形要很好的掌控

·           定时在各公共区域进行检查

·           防止酒店内的赌博行为    

·           防止有人蓄意破坏酒店设备设施

·           对酒店所有区域包括更衣室,厨房,餐饮部仓库,停车场和移动区域进行检查

·           监督和维护人多区域, 对于发生的任何问题或任何故障要及时报告细节

·           确保所有的餐厅,冰箱,杯柜等在不用时要看护好

·           如发现任何不正常的事情时,使用最近的监控进行观察并由保安部经理针对此事出具报告

·           确保不要有不良分子在酒店区域内出入

·           确保没用任何障碍物阻碍到收货区,未得到授权的车辆不能阻挡到出入口

·           执行酒店的程序和政策并同上级领导和人力资源部配合执行

·           对发现的纪律或犯罪事件的处理要公正,安全,礼貌的处理

·           配合人事部对员工更衣室和袋子进行检查

·           当有贵宾和政要时,需要进行引导和进行交通疏导

·           确保监控中心时刻有人当班

·           陪同财务部员工每日去银行送款

·           询问客人的名字并且在整个交谈过程中称呼客人的名字至少3次
