【岗位职责】

1、按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。

2、正确处理客人的投诉。

3、根据酒吧存货量领取酒吧物品。

4、为酒吧侍应生提供饮料、酒水知识和服务的培训。

5、召开每日例会和参加计划好的餐饮部会议。

6、为销售，饮品创新和利润制定部门的规范和程序。

 

【岗位要求】

1、具备一定的英文沟通能力

2、掌握有关于食品，酒水，运营各个方面的知识以及工作能力

3、1年有关的工作经验，2年以上主管级经验

4、拥有敏锐的商业嗅觉

5、懂得自我激励以及保持积极的态度

6、较强的领导能力，懂得激励团队队员以及跟团队的沟通

7、良好的仪容仪表
