1、负责健身房、游泳池的日常管理及运营。
2、有体适能、客户服务、前线工作及7年管理工作经验或以上；熟悉酒店、健康中心各项服务设施及经营管理；对健身、运功、康乐活动等行业情况有非常的了解。             3、懂得妥善处理客人的特殊要求和能处理各类投诉：有优良的人际关系，能与各部门和客户建立并保持优良的合作关系。
4、具有良好的职业道德，较高的责任心和严谨的工作态度。                                          
5、有一定的管理水平、组织能力、沟通能力、表达能力与合作精神。
6、有销售工作经验；有一定的观察力、触觉敏锐、有前瞻性及强烈工作意识。
