我们帮助未来智选假日总经理人才从优秀领导者身上学习工作方式和品牌文化，配合完善的导师计划和系统的发展规划，在3.5个月项目期中快速成长。精心选择的带教总经理（导师）将参与制定方案，为最大化发掘领导潜力，提供锻炼机会和挑战。在培训、自我能力提高及评估之后将有机会成为智选假日总经理。

 

职位资格及技能要求：

- 具备国际酒店品牌部门总监级别经验、或国内酒店品牌总经理经验

- 熟悉中端及以上酒店运营管理模式，在以往酒店业绩做出过卓越贡献。

- 良好的运营管理（包括筹备开业及运营），财务，销售、营销与收益优化优秀的沟通协调和服务意识及较强的执行力。

- 能够接受全国委派。
