• 保存充足的用品存货，按要求完成库存盘点工作，维持存货水平。
• 参与编制和管理部门预算和人力规划。
• 解决员工受到的不公正待遇问题。
• 协调特别项目（如参观客房，除虫，窗户和地毯的清洁，客房供应量）。
• 就卧室服务、卫生间服务、洗衣服务、清洁服务、布衣服务的标准和培训需求提供持续性的改进建议。
• 处理普通客人、贵宾、常客和优悦会会员提出的所有的特殊要求。
• 检查客房，确保客房干净、整洁，符合服务标准，确保客人感到满意。
• 确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并及时的送还。
• 管理酒店的遗失财务。
• 降低消耗，促进“绿色”环保（如：循环使用容器、节约清洁剂等.
