•  Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort

•  Exposure in diverse and high-volume bar operations

•  Sound knowledge and experience in beverages

•  Ability to lead a large team

•  Flexibility in shifts

•  Ability to multitask

•  Ability to work in large and diverse team
