确保活动顺利进行，并超出客人预期。
确保设施设备在好的状态，定期维护和保养。
跟进宴会的SOP,培训员工以及跟进标准。
宴会副经理休息，主持每日例会，分享当天活动以及酒店的信息给员工。
日常工作安排，人工成本控制。
跟进宴会副经理的安排，并及时完成。
及时获得客人反馈，并向宴会副经理汇报 
在自己当班期间尽可能解决一些投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
监督部门工作程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行。
遵守正确的结账程序。
监督服务设备的维护保养。
监督客用设施和服务的标准。 
控制存货和监督保安成序。 
特殊设施和活动的管理工作。
积极的实行节约成本的措施。
尽可能再利用能源。
有效的控制存货。
