Wir sind stolz darauf, unseren Gästen unvergessliche Momente zu bieten und suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Bar Manager (m/w/d), der die Leitung unserer exklusiven Layla Bar übernimmt.

 

Aufgaben:

• Leitung des Bar-Teams und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Barbetrieb
• Kreation und Umsetzung von innovativen Cocktailkreationen und Getränkekonzepten
• Bestandsmanagement und Bestellung von Barwaren und Getränken
• Schulung und Entwicklung des Barpersonals in Bezug auf Servicequalität und Produktkenntnisse
• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
• Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Sonderaktionen in der Bar
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere mit dem Küchenteam, um ein abgestimmtes Gästeerlebnis zu gewährleisten
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Bereich des Barbetriebs

 

Anforderungen:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position in der Gastronomie, idealerweise im Bereich Barmanagement
• Leidenschaft für innovative Cocktailkreationen und kreatives Drink-Design
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Schichtarbeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
