Seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor extraordinaire! Are you a charismatic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Join our team as a Guest Experience Supervisor and unlock new heights of hospitality excellence.

We are looking for a talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exemplary leadership skills. As the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

  • Supervising a team of dedicated guest service agents, ensuring they deliver personalized and attentive experiences.
  • Managing guest requests and preferences, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.
  • Training and motivating staff to maintain our high standards of service excellence.
  • Implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and build lasting relationships.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and documentation to maintain accuracy and efficiency.


What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel guest service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle any guest-related concerns effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide your team to success.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of service is consistently met.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
