Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

• Maintains regular contact with assigned account though sales call,telephone and other means in order to obtain business from these account

           定期联系客户，进行电话销售，例行拜访，从客户手中获得生意

• Informs existing and potential account of activies in the hotel and solicits for new business

           在现有的和潜在的开发的客户群体中挖掘她们给酒店带来的新的生意

• Researches and identifies new prospents for follow up in order to maximiza market share

           研究和确认新的市场前景，跟进为了最大化市场份额

• Enters into negotiation on behalf of the hotel as and when required to do so,taking care not to exceed the limit of authority

• Liaises and follows up with department concerned i.e.Rom.Food and Beverage and accounting on client requirements

• Handles any sales enquiry to promote the hotel as and when required

• Attends meeting required

• Enterans supporting and prospective clients,in order maintain or devlop long lasting and growing business relationships

• Participates in palnning and realization of sales campaigns together with sales manager with in defined market segments

• Conducts hotels inspections when required

• Indentifies opposition,reports their promotions and maekting activities any market intelligence to management

• Submits weekly call schedules according to quotas required

• Submits reports on call schedules and business secured

• Accurately updates client records on relevant information and discussions entered.

• Performs sales Executive on duty as required

• Exercises flexibility to perform other duties as required

• Maintains effective control of sales expensee

• Assesses sales and marketing data
