• 参与准备部门年度预算与财务计划，重点通过能源管理措施、预防性维护保养和资金计划来监控预算和控制费用。
• 和总工程师、工程总监联系定购具体的备件和必需的设备以便执行有效的维修

员工团队

• 保持有效的同事关系为酒店贡献工作热情和团队精神，并通过训练、培训等方式发展下属员工
• 向工程总监汇报任何非正常或特别的事件, 方便其计划跟进
• 整理工程日常事务，为员工提供辅导，并给予定期反馈，协助解决员工矛盾，提高员工绩效。
• 通过与其他部门进行日常沟通和协作促进团队合作、提高服务质量。

宾客体验

• 按照工程总监、总工程师的工作指令完成工作，从而满足客人要求
• 表现出工作的灵机动性、按照客人的轻重缓急变更时间
• 直接与其他部门交流有关工作单的执行和优先顺序问题，以便客人满意

企业责任

• 利用专业技能对酒店进行维护并达到期望的标准；协助有效的维修管理，准时准备汇报和递交报告
• 计划和确定酒店内需要完成的工作项目，实施和严格执行预防性维护保养计划
• 确保检查机房和进行清洁工作，确保设备都在正常状态下运行
• 全天佩戴小灵通，对部门要求执行的小型维修项目予以跟进和回应
• 全面的熟悉健康安全, 消防和应急程序
