The Tender Captainensures safe and efficient operation of the tender as well as safety and comfort of all guests,visitors,and tender teamonboard, following all applicable regulations, condition of the tender and its equipment, as well as docking facilities and equipment. This roledemonstratesexemplary skills in boat operation and displaysprudent judgment. The Tender Captain oversees IslandPier Attendants to ensure smooth arrival to and from the ship.
