SPA Supervisor

New Opening Ikos Porto Petro Mallorca 2023

Ikos Resorts is looking for new Talent  for being part of the new Ikos Porto Petro Spa team.

Main duties:

·       To assist with all day-to-day spa operation, in conjunction with the Spa Manager and to act as lead manager in absence of the Spa Manager.

·       To ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.

·       To implement, monitor and enforce workplace safety standards; To lead by example to encourage a safe work environment.

·       To assist with the monitoring and recording of all store sales, costs, payroll and profits according to store procedures, as assigned by the Spa Manager.

·       To ensure all client services are being carried out in a professional, correct and efficient manner. To monitor quality control in all aspects of operation.

·       To promote and practice excellent client service and ensures all staff are doing the same.

·       To communicate regularly and efficiently with the Spa Manager on all operational issues.

·       To assist with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action for the spa staff.

·       To monitor all spa inventory and place orders as required.

·       To implement and promote strategies for store loss prevention.

·       Other operational and managerial duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.

 

General duties:

·       To respond to any changes in the Spa department function as dictated by the company and hotel.

·       To report for duty punctually, follow the hotel dress codes and wear name badge at all times.

·       To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

·       To maintain good working relationships with colleagues, and all other departments.

·       To have a complete understanding of the hotel's employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.

·       To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

·       To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

       Qualifications:

·        Bachelor´s degree in business management, hospitality management or business administration

·        Coursework or background in massage therapy, cosmetology or Health & Wellness

·

 Experience:

·        Previous experience within 5 star luxury properties

·        Fluency in english

·        Good command of a second language (German preferly)
