About The Role

 

As Beauty Technician in One&Only Kea Island you will provide all nails treatments as per the treatment menu and SOP provided as well as have the ability to maximize sales and upgrades. Beauty Technician has the responsibility of maintaining the nail bar and it surroundings in line with the wellbeing of the guest and the colleagues. The most important expectation from this role is to interact with the guests, recommend treatments, place bookings and prescribe products.

 

This is a seasonal employment opportunity based on Kea Island in Greece.

 

Key duties and responsibilities 

 

• to perform all treatments at an exceptional standard whilst tailoring the service to guest’s specific needs
• to provide personalized recommendations and upsale retail products 
• to create and continuosuly develop excpetional nail art in line with current industry trends and guests expectations
• to maintain the highest standard of guest service and display genuine care and attention to detail
• to follow opening and closing procedures correctly, reporting any maintenance issues to the Manager

 

Skills and experience

 

• minimum 1 year experience in an established nail studio/beauty salon
• excellent communication skills
• understanding of luxury service standards
