Maison emblématique de Morges, Le Petit Manoir, de style boutique-hôtel, se distingue par son lieu inspirant, intimiste et son offre atypique. Le thème choisi à travers cette bâtisse de caractère, classée monument historique, est la culture dans sa globalité. L’établissement recherche pour compléter son équipe un.e Stagiaire Réception

Vos missions:
• Accueillir les clients (Check-in / Check-out) ;
• Suivre le séjour du client ;
• Vendre et renseigner correctement le client sur nos produits ;
• Réalisation du travail administratif ;
• Facturation encaissement, change, fonds de caisse ;
• Gestion du standard, accueil téléphonique, messages ;
• Assister les réservations (mouvements du jour, changements etc.) ;
• Mettre à jour l'état des chambres dans le système informatique.

• Un lieu de travail proche du lac et facilement accessible en transports publics ; • Une formation complète et polyvalente ; • Repas inclus (sous conditions) ; • Pas de logement sur place.

À propos de vous

Votre profil:
• Maîtrise du pack Office et connaissances des logiciels hôteliers appréciées ;
• Langues : Français et Anglais courant indispensable, une troisième langue appréciée ;
• Excellente présentation, sens du service et aisance relationnelle ;
• Formation en cours dans une école hôtelière.

Langues requises: Anglais et Français.
