The Lux Collective is hiring for an Assistant Spa Manager – LUX* ME Spa at LUX* South Ari Atoll, Maldives.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading the Spa Team, together with the Director of Wellness and Spa, to achieve and deliver World-Class results in Service and Operational Excellence.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Spa or Wellness from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
Previous Performance
At least three years of working experience in an equivalent senior position within a spa or wellness centre, such as senior spa therapist, spa supervisor, or assistant spa manager.
Other Requirements
Working experience at a Forbes Five-Star property and having Maldives resort experience would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English language (both writing and speaking). Knowledge of any foreign language would be an advantage.
Strong background in luxury spa business and global spa and wellness trends and insights.
Excellent record in leadership competencies and management, a mindset to lead projects, and the ability to collaborate with operational teams.
