It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for the tasks that are given on all aspects of the Housekeeping operation, maintenance of the hotel and service standards.
The Turndown Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all guestrooms that they are assigned to turndown. The Turndown Attendant is equally responsible for delivering all the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group service standards.
The Turndown Attendant will report directly to the Director of Housekeeping/ Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor.
