Major responsibilities:-
- To conduct and control all financial controls and accounting procedures based upon a maximization of internal and control techniques consistent with MOHG established policy and general accepted accounting principles.
- To conduct, control and supervise personnel of General Accounting.
- To compile all budgets and forecast covering all activities of the hotel in conjunction with Controller and Department Heads.
- To maintain all budget control procedures.
- To prepare financial statement.
- To ensure the accuracy of all reports and financial accounts.
- To cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient running of all activities.
- To prepare details of monthly account with supporting schedules.
- To review all aspect of hotel operation, accounting system and internal control, etc.
- To prepare reconciliation of all assets and keep Chief Accountant or Assistant Financial Controller informed of any discrepancies.
Qualifications and Requirements:-
- Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai .
- Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.
- 3 years solid luxury hotel experience.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Accounting Department.
- Possess good leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and Team Player/Motivator.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
