Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all receiving operations, including unloading and sorting of deliveries

• Ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately and promptly processed

• Supervise and train receiving colleagues

• Ensure that the goods receiving area and dry store are clean and tidy at all times

• Hold and return fridges temperature controls and recording are correct.

• Receive and to record all deliveries in the log book.

• Record all delivery times and enforce agreed times of all suppliers.

• Update excel document of received goods

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
Relevant experience in receiving and inventory management
Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
