JOB SUMMARY

Director of Front Office - Los Angeles, CA

DUTIES: Provide day to day direction to the front office team and hotel leaders creating revenue growth strategies to ensure financial and guest satisfaction goals are exceeded. Responsible for coordinating and empowering hotel operations with housekeeping, engineering and food and beverage. Prepare financial reports. Effectively use technology systems to manage and communicate hotel operations. Manage and respond to surveys and social media reviews in a timely manner. Oversee the implementation of procedures, policy, systems, and payroll management. Responsible for the recruitment and selection of personnel.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 5 years of experience in any job title involving Front Office management in hospitality industry. 

The job also requires five (5) years of experience in:

  • Hotel PMS system: Micros.
  • GoConcierge application.
  • Fusebox.
  • Sertifi Payment System.
  • Atlas (Advanced Technology Lodging Access System).
  • Financial analysis of Front Office operation and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience of Front Office inventory control.


The job also requires four (4) years of experience in Competitor analysis, market research and benchmarking for Front Office Operations.

The salary range for this position is 109,200 to 122,722 annually.
