Begin your journey with us as a  MANAGER ON DUTY at The Westin Brisbane. You will serve as the Hotel Duty Manager and oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. You will deliver outstanding guest experience and provide training and support for associates to ensure they deliver the same.  You will assist management in recruitment, rostering and associate empowerment.

  • You will anticipate guests' service needs
  • You will maintain customer loyalty and develop a strong following
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Opera experience is highly desirable
  • Hands on leadership approach with a focus on developing our associates 
  • Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
  • Passion for the Hospitality Industry
  • Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
