Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Social Media Executive (M/F), you will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the F&B team. 
You will be responsible for:
• Creation and execution of the content plan, organic and paid, for the hotel and outlets' social networks, according to the brand strategy;
• Moderation of the online community of Social Media channels;
• Statistical and results analysis;
• Monitoring professional photo sessions;
• Close collaboration with the Branding, PR and Hotel Operations team;
• Organizes and archives images in the Content Manager;
• Analyzes requests for information and data processing on the website and social networks;
• Monitor social networks and websites
• Develops new pages and versions of the website, newsletters or other forms of communication and sales deemed relevant;
• Manage, archive, update (with footage and reports from the hotel and outlets) and disseminate the image bank;
• Organizes, manages and develops the image bank;
• Manage Sprout platform: post and caption, following the brand & content strategy.



Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
• Academic formation in Digital Marketing or relevant areas;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area (if possible, proven through a portfolio of content created);
• Skills in social media management tools and image/video editing;
• Experience in copywriting and community management;
• Good presentation, excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal relationship and valuing team spirit;
• Good organizational skills;
• Analytical skills, aesthetic sense and creativity;
• Ability to manage projects, identify priorities, manage stress and be proactive;
• Advanced level in English (oral and written) - mandatory factor;
• Respect for the Company's vision and strategy.
