Chef de rang
• Ensure to efficiently and consistently the proper preparation, cleaning and organization of all food&beverage areas
• Ensure to follow the staff to ensure proper use of equipment by keeping back areas neat and organized
• Manage and organize staff to ensure the perfect preparation of the restaurant room or any food&beverage area
• Ensure that all opening and closing duties are followed
• Be responsible for listening and following up on any reasonable requests from chefs or superiors
• Responsible to follow up the entire service ensuring efficiency of all our standards, ensuring full knowledge of our Food&beverage products with related story telling, to be in full autonomy to represent our concepts to our guests
• Ensure full autonomy to provide support for room service, pool and outdoor areas

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the Pre-Opening Team of a new small luxury hotel, restaurant & bar, opening beginning 2022, located at the doorstep of the well known “Golden Triangle” of Lake Como. , With a private location, Hotel MUSA and it’s Roteo Restaurant and Gaia Bar, will deliver a unique experience through gracious hospitality and culinary excellence.
MUSA is designed to create an inspiring and highly desirable presence on the lake front of Lake Como. MUSA is a luxurious offering of a gastronomic restaurant, a chic bar, 12 luxury hotel rooms and a 6 bedroom private residence. We intend to create a rich & unique experience through gracious hospitality and culinary excellence, with a mindful commitment to preserve the environment.
To this day, there is nothing similar on all of Lake Como. All of our competitors do not offer the relaxed excellence, the international gastronomique fusion cuisine and trendy, chic vibe right on the lake, with direct sun all day long, set back from the noise of the road, right on the doorstep of the 3 villages of Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna.
