Position: Hospitality Intern
Duration: 2 or 3 months
Location: Cancún, Mexico
Languages Required: English & Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience
- Welcome and support guests during check-in and check-out
- Provide assistance and information throughout their stay
- Ensure a peaceful and caring environment
- Meal Service Support
- Serve breakfast and dinner (prepared by our cook)
- Set up and clean the dining area
- Wash dishes after service
- Process Documentation & Optimization
- Help create and update an operational manual for daily tasks
- Identify and suggest improvements in workflows and guest service
- Assist in creating structure for future team members
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 7:45 AM – 11:00 AM
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- (Includes breakfast, check-out, check-in, and dinner service)
We Provide:
- Accommodation in our event room (private at night; used for workshops and events during the day)
- Three daily meals
- Tips from guests
- One day off per week
- Certificate of internship completion and recommendation letter

Mandatory Requirements:
- Availability for a minimum of 2 months
- Fluent English and at least intermediate Spanish
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, or related fields
- Willingness to work mornings and evenings (split shifts)
- Respectful, responsible, and adaptable to a healing, sacred space
- Ability to live in a shared wellness environment with limited use of technology during events
