Vous disposez d’une première expérience dans l'industrie hôtelière ou vous cherchez à y démarrer votre carrière,

Au centre des opérations de l'hôtel, voyus aurez pour principales missions de:
- Répondre aux appels entrants de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle
- Présenter et promouvoir des informations générales sur l'hôtel, ses services et ses prestations
- Enregistrer des réservations (Restaurant, hébergement, demandes particulières, …) et s’assurer de leur bonne tenue.
- Offrir un excellent service client à notre clientèle
- Traiter l'ensemble des demandes clients en collaboration avec les autres services, de façon à satisfaire et fidéliser la clientèle
