We are looking for an open-minded, tech-savvy intern that we can share our passion and creative brainpower with.
Duration: 6 months
Key responsibilities:
- Account receivables reconciliations
- Contact with vendors in order to reconciliate account, get missing documentation, and other issues related with the invoices and payments
- Control of Payments to vendors
- Pre-booking of invoices review (VAT codes)
- Checking Purchase orders
- Reconciliation of a few balance sheet accounts review
- Spanish VAT Report (SII) manage.
- Play an active role and contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO
A successful trainee:
- has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship.
- has a sharp eye for detail and is very accurate and precise.
- has good excel, word and power point skills.
- is fluent in English, both verbal and written
- must be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines.
- is trustworthy, has a high level of passion and integrity.
- can work in Europe.
- eager to learn.
