About Us
Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. Located just steps away from the city’s most luxurious shopping and dining and its most famous historical sites, Rosewood Vienna serves as an unsurpassed gateway to one of Europe’s most charming destinations. Rosewood Vienna combines the best of European architecture and design with a refined yet modern style. The hotel offers 99 spacious guestrooms and suites, all of which will feature separate spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The contemporary accommodations merges the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.

We entrust you with:
- You will work with the team to prepare all dishes for the restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events
- You lead and motivate the team during the shift and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You are responsible for the respective work station and ensure the mise en place.
- You know how to work in different positions
- You are creative and always work to the highest quality standards
- Together with the entire kitchen and service team, you create very special experiences for our guests
- You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene standards
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed training as a chef and have experience in upscale gastronomy
- You are flexible, creative and a team player
- You enjoy cooking à la carte and providing culinary support for unusual events
