Rosewood Schloss Fuschl To Open in July 2024. The legendary Hotel Schloss Fuschl will mark our second property in Austria when it reopens as Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in July 2024. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Chef de Rang to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary :
- You are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of the service - be it at breakfast, lunch or dinner
- You are responsible for the service organisation of your colleagues and external companies
- You are responsible for advising and recommending our food and drinks
- You are responsible for serving food and drinks
- You are responsible for billing at the end of the day
Required Skills :
- You have completed vocational training and already have several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
- You have very good hosting and communication skills in German & English and enjoy using them
