With just 88 rooms and suites, guests feel they are part of an elite club with exclusive access to the largest private pink-sand beach on Bermuda as well as the island’s finest amenities. They can golf like champions, sail the ocean blue, dive shipwrecks and colorful reefs, play a friendly game of tennis or “spa” to their heart’s delight within this well-appointed setting.
- Greet all golfers at the front door and transport clubs to staging area
- Provide courteous, friendly and professional service to all members and their guests
- Engrave guest bag tags
- Promote an exceptional level of customer service and ensure member / guest satisfaction
- Prepare golf carts for play; place yardage books, scorecards, pencils, tees and ice daily
- Clean and store golf clubs and golf bags
- Stage carts as per tee sheet for the days play, unhook from charger and tow carts from cart barn to staging area
- Report any vehicle problems with the cart mechanic
- Pick up balls from the range, wash them and return them to ball dispensing machine
- Return carts from staging area to wash down area, hose them off and prepare for recharging
- Fully detail carts and check carts (brakes, stirring, seating and tires) for safety
- Maintain a stock of cleaning materials for locker rooms and golf shop
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Assist in all areas of the golf operation as needed
- Be available to work weekends, public holidays and shifts
