About the role:
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Lodge - and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences.
Key duties include; desserts/petit fours/ice creams/sorbets/cookies/muffins/breads and other bakery products to operate changing menu .

- an experienced Pastry Chef with a background in fine dining / luxury properties.
- self-motivated & passionate
- able to work unsupervised
- organised and have good time management skills
- able to adapt to the kitchen’s needs and changing menusf
- lexible for dietary requirements and specialty items requested by our guests
