Job Description
SCOPE
Given the constantly changing market and to improve her own career to be versatile and handle multiple tasks is absolutely expected. To ensure the operation and service of the hotel may change laterally to other consumption centers (Pueblito, Bar, Pool, Ceiba, cocktail Management, Punta Bonita, Agave Azul, CDL, Suite Service, Banquet, etc.). BASIC FUNCTIONS
In conjunction with the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager to plan, organize, coordinate and effectively and efficiently manages all activities at the site of consumption of foods and drinks, get the highest possible, ensuring a perfect service and constant. Also responsible for the appropriate training and staff development according to the policies of Rosewood Mayakobá.
FINANCIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Adhere strictly to the operating expenses for ensuring that all costs are controlled.
2. Maximize workforce in conjunction with other centers of consumption to ensure the use of resources.
3. Participate actively in the preparation of the annual income, expenditure and operating equipment.
4. Ensuring that all service should be charged and the income is properly recorded in the appropriate account.
5. Control and deliver any check, cancel or transfer during your turn.
