Job Description
The Outlet Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the food and beverage service provision of Jasmine Restaurant to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating within the established budgets and goals.
He/she should be a LOCAL candidate and have work experience in the same capacity for at least two years. A good candidate should also have a thorough familiarity with Chinese restaurant operations, provide exemplary customer service to guests and patrons, ensure proper administration within the restaurant, and meet financial objectives set for the outlet.
The Outlet Manager should maintain strong professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels & other organizations, have knowledge of the Opera System, and can work under pressure. He/she should also possess problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
