ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Categorizes all receivable based on different accounts
- Balances daily transfer to city ledger and posts, edits and updates to accounts receivable system Ensures detailed sub-ledger of accounts receivable equal to the balance in general ledger.
- Complies AR reports based various types of receivable accounts.
- For receivable overdue, issues collection letters, makes collection calls and keeps all tracking records.
- Does journal entry for any adjustment required after issuance of invoices (including discounts).
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel/ catering
- Highly enthusiastic, willingness to take on extra responsibilities, results and details oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Material Control System
- Hands-on experience in Sun Accounting System & Opera (PMS) is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
